1. High-Quality C.R.G.O. Steel

We use BIS-certified C.R.G.O. steel from trusted mills around the world (USA, Germany, Japan, etc.) with proper test certificates.

2. Slitting and Cut-to-Length

We cut the steel into thin strips (slitting) and then into exact lengths.

Width: 25mm to 1050mm
Length: 100mm to 5000mm
We use CNC machines for precise cutting with very low tolerance.

3. Core Design Options

4. Coating and Insulation

5. Annealing Process

After cutting, we heat the laminations at around 820°C (this process is called annealing). It removes stress from the material and restores magnetic strength.

6. Quality Testing

We test every batch for:
